Today's work, watercolour 9" by 12", commissioned. I think it turned out pretty well. :)

I don't usually work on Mondays, but today was one of those days where if I didn't paint, I think I'd have gone nuts. :D

Thank you so much! I got a note from the recipient of this one this morning, and she seemed really pleased. It was particularly nice to hear from her since she's studied art - it's always nice to get compliments from artists. ;)

:D I actually enjoy painting kids - they're easier than adults. I really appreciate the kind comment. Apparently, this one was a big hit with the family who ordered it - they told me to expect more work shortly. :boogie:
